
Für 4 Personen
Zutaten:
200 g Hähnchenbrustfilets
1 Paprika
1 Zucchini
1 Mozarella light
250 g passierte Tomaten
1 Handvoll Minitomaten
Gewürze

Zubereitung:
Kochen Sie die Nudeln in Salzwasser aber passiven Sie auf, dass diese nicht zu weich werden.
Braten Sie die Hähnchenbrustfilets und würzen diese nach Bedarf.
Nebenbei schneiden Sie die Paprika und die Zucchini in kleine Würfel.
Geben Sie die Hälfte der Zucchiniwürfel und der Paprika mit in die Pfanne.
Die andere Hälfte kommt zusammen mit den passierten Tomaten in einen Topf und wird kurz gekocht.
Füllen Sie die Muschelnudeln mit der Pfannenmischung.
Die Soße aus passierten Tomaten kommt in die Auflaufform. Zum Schluss die gefüllten Nudeln mit Mozarlella bedecken und zu der Soße in die Auflaufform geben.
Backen Sie die Nudeln für eine halb Stunde.

I've been using Movable-type on a variety of websites for about a year and am anxious about switching to another platform. I have heard good things about blogengine.net.
